Originally an overgrown space, cluttered with too many plants that were not suited for the space. There was a big wishlist with lawn for the pooch, ample entertaining seating, lighting, fire pit area, room to grow herbs and some old fashioned roses that reminded our clients of a previous garden that they loved. Utilising vertical space and well considered plant and surface selections, created a light filled, spacious area in which all of the client’s needs were met.
Corten rings and edging worked perfectly with the contemporary façade of this Mornington home, whilst softer plantings drew you into the space, creating a great first impression.
A beachside courtyard that was uninviting and bare, was brought back to life with bespoke spotted gum seating, screening and beautiful bluestone crazy paving. It is now provides space for entertaining, relaxing, quick showers after beach visits and a much needed lawn...
From the custom-built benchtop that houses a Polito Pizza Oven, to the layers of green that adorn garden beds and feature pots, there isn't a corner of this landscape that has been overlooked.
